April graduated in massage therapy at Robertson College in October 2015. While in school she was also employed as a receptionist at an established massage clinic which has given her the confidence she does today to run her own business. April is also certified in Rapid Adhesion Release Techniques.
When she's not working April ensures that she has balance in her life. She makes time for her family, her friends, and herself.
Cara graduated from Wellington College in 2013. She wanted to be a superhero but being a Massage Therapist seemed safer. She enjoys the satisfaction of being a positive force in other lives. Whether it is for pain, relaxation, or pampering, her clients leave feeling cared for and that they've done something good for themselves.
She really connected with the impact of touch and presence while working in palliative care. Being a mother, she enjoys providing pre and post natal care and working with clients who needed a quiet space.
As a busy mother of 3, Cara's hours vary but she is always to happy to work with her clients to find a time that works for her and her clients.
Chantelle Graduated at Wellington College of Remedial Massage in the summer of 2011. She has always been fascinated with the human body and wanted to have a positive effect on helping people feel better in their daily lives. Her number one goal is to leave you feeling cared for and increase mobility.
Her specialties are hot stone massage, pre/post natal massage, deep tissue, relaxation and in the summer will be continuing her education with full body Advanced cupping. After each treatment she will send you home with some self care to help enhance your recovery.
She loves to spend time with her family and friends on her free time. She loves being outdoors, finding new adventures to go on with her Daughter and searching for the next big fish to catch. Currently she is running her massage business in The Pas so her hours will vary when she is in the City. She looks forward to working with her clients in her hometown Winnipeg.
Gurpreet graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies, INC and is a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba. Her specialties include Swedish massage, myofasical release, deep tissue, trigger point and breast massage. With each treatment, Gurpreet includes a thorough assessment as well as recommendation for self-care which would enhance the benefits of the massage.
In her spare time Gurpreet enjoys to travel and spend time with family and friends.
Ivy graduated from Wellington College in the year 2018. She's a very energetic and enthusiastic therapist that works on a case by case basis with her clients. She specializes in deep tissue, relaxation, cupping and hot stone massage.
Ivy enjoys working with her clients to reach their ultimate health goal. She believes that massage can help people physically and mentally. Her favorite slogan being - "A little bit of therapeutic discomfort goes a long way!"
In her spare time, Ivy enjoys an array of activities. From going to H.I.I.T combat classes, to reading murder mystery novels in her living room with a nice glass of wine.
Lindsey graduated from Wellington College in 2019. She enjoys watching the progress she sees in the people who come to see her and loves being part of someone’s health journey. Lindsey dreams of world peace, obliterating back pain and Jasmine milk tea.
Lindsey believes that everyone needs a massage whether it be for pain relief, prevention or just to treat yourself. She loves to work with muscular dysfunction and athletes, specializing in TMJ and pelvic dysfunctions. She hopes on taking a fascial stretch therapy course within the next year to push her skills to the next level.
In her spare time Lindsey enjoys swimming,being out with her dog, hip hop and painting. She looks forward to meeting new clients and helping new people.
